Ken. Arment provided excellent customer service in trying to fix my vehicle phone problem. He had the service department check my vehicle computer system Arment provided excellent customer service in trying to fix my vehicle phone problem. He had the service department check my vehicle computer system for updates A factory reset was performed. The problem still persisted. Ken was with a customer so Justin Craig helped me with the factory reset. The phone problem was still there after the reset. Justin took a look at my Samsung phone and found a well hidden setting thay was buried deep in the phone system that solved the problem. Kudos to Ken and Justin for customer service that was above and beyond expectations. More
