Fred was straighforward in his communication via emails about the vehicle we were interested in and Valley Honda's vehicle price and fees.. He took the time to go over the car in detail and to que us as to about the vehicle we were interested in and Valley Honda's vehicle price and fees.. Julie communicated as well via email and we both made sure we had the same undertsanding and she worked to have our vehicle held as we needed to travel a distance to the dealership. More
