I have always been impressed with the level of service and professionalism at Westside Lexus. When I stepped onto the showroom floor, I was pleased to see that the car I had called about was already prepa and professionalism at Westside Lexus. When I stepped onto the showroom floor, I was pleased to see that the car I had called about was already prepared and waiting for me. Mr. Shannon George greeted me at the door and promptly took down my information. He was eager to discuss the RC 350 and had all the necessary information for a test drive. Throughout our interaction, Mr. George remained professional and courteous, making the car-buying process a breeze. After test driving the RC 350, I knew it was the perfect fit for me and decided to make the purchase. Mr. George handled all the paperwork for my trade-ins, ensuring a smooth transaction. During this time, I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ty Stanberry, the manager representing Westside Lexus. He exuded professionalism and further reinforced my positive impression of the dealership. Having been a loyal customer of Westside Lexus since the early 90s, I can confidently say that they consistently provide a wonderful product and excellent service.
