I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Service on Saturday We are repeat offenders for oil changes at this dealership. Good, not great I loved the new valet service, but the communication with my advisor was lacking. I messaged him and it took days to get a reply. Volvo Valet is amazing! Courtesy Volvo of SCOTTSDALE never lets me down. I called for service and they came and picked up my car.
