I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Friendly & quality service I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and the work on my vehicle began right away. The maintenance bay is indoors, so the level of discomfort from I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and the work on my vehicle began right away. The maintenance bay is indoors, so the level of discomfort from the Arizona heat was nil. Service time was good, and I was able to get some work done in the waiting area thanks to good WiFi and refreshments. I did get my vehicle back with the “low tire pressure” light on, which is a minor ding but the only issue that keeps me from giving this experience a 10/10. I will definitely be back for my future service needs. More

Great service rep Jus but dealer. Weds to stand by AC not wo I am in regularly 3-4 x/year with expensive service and maintenance repairs. When I told them by AC has been making a noise it was a known issue. Howe I am in regularly 3-4 x/year with expensive service and maintenance repairs. When I told them by AC has been making a noise it was a known issue. However in order to get rid of the noise or bandaid it from making it with a noise muffler .. I was told it would be expensive around $500-600! .. and that it is not worth doing. All summer I have been hearing this annoying noise and if it is a known issue! Why do I have to pay for it? I would like Armand to call me back with a solution and the fix to be covered under manufacturer warranty More

Bonnie’s XC 90 I love my Volvo! I also don’t mind the drive for service because I know my car is being taken care of by people who care about the car and me. Judd I love my Volvo! I also don’t mind the drive for service because I know my car is being taken care of by people who care about the car and me. Judd is one of the most personable man I have come across. He makes sure I am comfortable and understand what’s going to take place with my car. I followed him to Courtesy when he moved. Leased a new car with them knowing he would continue to be there. It’s nice when you drive out of the service area and you have a smile on your face. Good people who care! More
