I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Great Service Jud was great to work with. He reviewed recommendations from another out-of-state service provided and gave me an honest appraisal of what was needed. Jud was great to work with. Waiting I waited every step of the process. One service manager completed his paperwork in front of me rather than helping me before he assigned me to another I waited every step of the process. One service manager completed his paperwork in front of me rather than helping me before he assigned me to another service manager. When I picked up my car, my service manager was in a meeting. Although the people at the dealership kept looking for him and telling me he was almost there, I waited about 25-30 minutes while 3 other service managers (who didn't have customers - again - completing paperwork) didn’t have the common sense to help me. I feel there could be an improvement in their process if this is the standard. I intentionally came at slower times so I would not have to wait in a line behind other customers. Additionally, they could not fix my car. One problem is a known problem (I tried to google and fix it myself before I went in). I am not sure they even looked at that issue. Maybe they should call Volvo direct for guidance. The other problem they could not locate (car lurches after stopping), this same problem happened to my husband as he was driving my car the same night I got it back. I also asked them to clear the maintenance notice I have been getting since the last time I was in for maintenance (and they did not clear it), guess what- they didn’t clear it. Super frustrated with the service (or lack there of). The gentlemen moving my car around were all super nice. More

Friendly and Fast Service First time to have my Volvo serviced at this location (new Scottsdale Auto Park). Visit exceeded expectations I've been taking my 2004 xc90 to Courtesy Volvo since they opened their location at 101 and Indian School rd. I usually work with Jud to arrange for d I've been taking my 2004 xc90 to Courtesy Volvo since they opened their location at 101 and Indian School rd. I usually work with Jud to arrange for desired service work and he is a trusted advisor for all work on my vehicle. This most recent visit was for the periodic oil and filter change which, upon work being performed, the service tech [Nathan] recommended replacement of the serpentine belt [many cracks], tensioner, and fuel filter. My vehicle has 190k miles and I would expect these items to be ready for replacement. Courtesy Volvo is always clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always reasonable with the costs for work performed. I've never been disappointed by their customer service. More

Our second purchase in 2 years from Courtesy Volvo When we purchased our 2018 Volvo XC90 two years ago we said we would never purchase a vehicle from any other dealership. This held true when we picked up a 2016 Volvo XC90 this weekend. This was our first experience purchasing a used vehicle and we went the Certified route for the best warranty options. Karina was kind and patient. Jeremy was ready to make us a great deal without any hassle. We already knew that Armand & Jud would take great care of us in the service department! I can honestly say for a second time that we will never buy a vehicle at a dealership other than Courtesy Volvo. More
