Juan was awesome from the start. Straight forward, no weird car salesman pushy vibes. It felt like we were just dealing with a friend. He listened well, answered all questions and handled everything in a timely manner. No games no bull. Straight to the point. I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years and come out very frustrated and wasted a lot of time. My experience with Juan was the complete opposite! I'd highly recommend Juan to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! More

I told my sales person that I had my own license plate that I would transfer over, that was not communicated to the finance person. When I asked the finance person about this, his reply was nobody told me that I would transfer over, that was not communicated to the finance person. When I asked the finance person about this, his reply was nobody told me. In texting to the sales person during the sales process I asked him if his sales manager would put something in writing regarding a repair being done and he said yes. Then the story changed. I asked the sales person to have the advertisement sticker removed from the back of the vehicle to which he said yes. When I came to pick the car up, it was still there. I have pictures. When I sent the picture to the sales Person, he replied back that he had removed it himself and was upset because of my rating, then he deleted the text. So I resent him the picture again showing the sticker still being on the back of the car. The general manager, nice guy sent an email to the finance guy asking him to email me my paperwork, I was copied on that email, a few days went by. There was no reply so I circled back around to the GM and then I did receive the paperwork from the finance person. More

My experience with Juan C and Brian Roche was truly incredible. I never knew how much fun it would be to buy a car. I was at the dealership for most of the day and I was well taken care of the entire t incredible. I never knew how much fun it would be to buy a car. I was at the dealership for most of the day and I was well taken care of the entire time. It was more than just buying a car , it was the Honda experience I was introduced to. I’m a big Honda guy now !!! More

Disappointed with attention to detail. I told the sales person I had my own license plate from a previous vehicle that I was going to transfer to that one. When I went outside and saw that I told the sales person I had my own license plate from a previous vehicle that I was going to transfer to that one. When I went outside and saw that a license plate was put on my vehicle, I was told to go talk to the finance manager again by the sales person. When I informed him the finance personthat I had told the sales person I had my own license plate His response was "nobody told me that". Consequently I was charged something for license a plate from the dealership. I asked for certain things that fell through the cracks. The make ready was ok at the best. The overall experience was barely OK. I did have an opportunity to sit and meet and speak with the general manager Or General leader as his business card says. I was told by the sales manager that timing belt/chain was replaced when he came out to show me in writing what the dealership had done to the vehicle. After I informed the sales person that that vehicle does not have a timing belt, but a timing chain. I was told by the sales person that the general sales manager was going to put in writing that the timing chain was changed, then the story changed. I have all this on text. I asked for the Dealership information on the trunk of the vehicle to be removed and that was acknowledged via text that did not happen. Overall experience at best was OK... More

One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Everyone was super nice. We had Juan as our salesman, he was personable, thoughtful and overall great!! Definitely recommend him. He also got me with their insurance agent to get me a MUCH better rate for car insurance. I forgot the finance guys name but he was also great as well. More

Buying a car can be a horrible experience. Honda of Sarasota made it easy. They found me the exact vehicle I was looking for, the negotiation stage wasn't difficult, I paid a fair price (I thi Honda of Sarasota made it easy. They found me the exact vehicle I was looking for, the negotiation stage wasn't difficult, I paid a fair price (I think), the finance.manager was not only pleasant, but he didn't try to twist my arm into buying something I didn't want, and the service manager is fantastic. I love the Uber courtesy shuttle. What a great idea!! All in all, was a pretty effortless and painless new car buying experience. More
