I want to specifically commend the Sales and Service teams (special thanks to Teddy and Don in Sales and Darin in Service). They were exceptional, kind, and transparent. They took the time to explain ev teams (special thanks to Teddy and Don in Sales and Darin in Service). They were exceptional, kind, and transparent. They took the time to explain every detail and followed through on every promise, delivering a truly premium customer experience. Unfortunately, this was completely overshadowed by a very unprofessional encounter with the Finance Manager. I was called 'unreasonable' and 'greedy' simply for asking for clarification on finance terms and deal mechanics. Most insulting was having my ability to make payments belittled. Matt treated my questions as an inconvenience and was visibly impatient and rushed; sitting in his office was suffocating. His lack of basic professional courtesy made the process so stressful that I actually handed the keys back and walked away from the deal. The lack of professionalism didn't end there. After I handed the keys back, Matt told me a sales associate would come to complete the return, yet he failed to follow up with anyone. I was left standing around the lobby in limbo, left to guess what was happening until I finally sought out Teddy who was kind enough to step in and helped save the deal. Honda was my first car, and I have always felt a strong sense of loyalty toward the brand. It is deeply disappointing that one individual's behavior and total lack of accountability can single-handedly ruin the hard work of the sales and service departments and ensure that I will not return to this dealership. More

The last time I purchased a car, it took seven hours to do the entire process. In in fact, dissuaded me from ever working with a dealership again until now. I have had two car lease and one buy out of lease experience with Honda of Sarasota. I find this company and its employees to be professional, honest, awesome follow up., and very kind.
