I wish we had more technicians, to accommodate customers faster. We could also use a larger facility as traffic tends to back up. Staff is friendly and appears to care. Great people so just be patient. They have to highball you at first then bring you slowly down to where you want to be on cost and payments so you feel like you got a good deal.
