Just a quick review to say how happy I was with my service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But I made it to the dealer late that afternoon. Joy was able to check and confirm they had a replacement tire in stock. They replaced the tire and preformed a much needed alignment. Joy had my car ready for pickup the next day before the promised time. Great job Joy and Joe! Thank you for making the best of a stressful event. More

They’ve helped with tags and getting up to speed on how to work the dash (my last car had a cassette tape player so you can imagine the leap!!). They were so kind, patient, professional, and fun. Dave Davila and Joy Chilcoat took the sting our a disaster when the electronics and power steering failed in my 2019 BMW x3. They got me into a new 2024 X3 without fuss or drama. I got a fair trade in for my junker, and a reasonable price for the new car. Dave spent several hours showing us the new features.
