We appreciate your long-standing business with us and have been happy to be able to help you with multiple vehicles throughout the years. While we do not dictate the maintenance terms that come included with leases, and they are subject to change from the manufacturer from year to year, we understand your disappointment with those changes. Your monthly payment was disclosed with full transparency, signed and approved before the vehicle was delivered to your home and well before the first bill was ever sent. The hand controls were still installed in the trade when we delivered the vehicle to your home and the trade was being picked up, but we gladly brought it to our service center and had a certified tech properly remove them. Yes, there was a delay in shipping due to human error and we apologize for this truly, however, this was quickly resolved when it was brought to our attention and thankfully arrived to you whole before you had a vehicle to install it in. We appreciate that after this last purchase experience, you wanted to work with us again. Unfortunately, the terms you demanded were not possible. We also appreciate you giving us a heads up about this review once we were unable to meet your demands for the new deal.
