After going to so many Honda dealers and the pushy sales reps. We ended up going to Paragon Honda and were expecting the same pushy type of sale people but we were shocked. We went to purchase the car on his birthday. My family and I went to many other Honda dealers and found them to be overpriced and unprofessional. They were either too pushy and too rude. However, at paragon Honda the moment you walk in the sales reps. greet you and welcome you in as if you are family. I actually picked the sales rep. - Mr. Josiah Konrad Sosa who upon arrival through the door shook our hands and welcomed us to the showroom. We bought the Honda Odyssey 2018 EXL in Modern Steel Metallic with Grey interior from Mr. Josiah. He wasn’t pushy at all and instead we were very aggressive and knew exactly what trim and color we wanted and what price we were willing to pay for the vehicle. He didn’t argue but started assisting in every way he could. He actually helped us out. We had a trade in vehicle and they actually paid us a satisfying amount for it according to the Kelly blue book value- which we took a print out to the showroom with us. This car drives smooth and it is Extremely spacious for everybody. We compared it to Toyota Sienna and Chrysler Pacifica in every aspects. Nothing beats Honda Odyssey- it’s way too comfortable and the Best Mini Van for any family. Take it for a test drive and you will see and if you purchase it you will not regret because it is a very highly satisfying with many nice features that this mini van has compared to others out there. It is overall a 5 star. Best Mini Van for the price and comfortable, not to mention it is an excellent Van with programmable height functions that opens to your Exact specifications, with Magic Slide seats in the 2nd row, and exceptional cargo space, push button start, heated front row seats, 8 Airbags, multi angled rearview cameras, and so much more features. Apple car play is amazing on this vehicle and very easy to use, with Sirius XM radio. At Paragon Honda when we picked up our vehicle the Rep. Ms. Rosaury Delgado went over all the features and took the time to go over each and every one of them in details. She is just an amazing person – very detailed, friendly, and knowledgeable person. I rate her 5 stars on this.   Mr. Josiah Konrad Sosa is an exceptional sales rep whom I rate 5 Stars at Paragon Honda who answered my questions thoroughly and was very honest. This place has the BEST customer service and knowledgeable sales rep. They will work with you every step of the way. I was given the option that the Odyssey comes with 3yrs warranty and we opted to take the VSC package for additional $3100 for a total of 8 years with $0 deductible for the peace of mind. The financial manager – Ms. Amanda Destephano explained exactly what was covered and she too was knowledgeable in this area of her expertise. We hope not to use warranty any time soon but if we need to at least it is a peace of mind knowing that we have the coverage for the next 8 years.   If you are looking for a New Family Mini Van – step into Paragon Honda and ask for Mr. Josiah Konrad Sosa the sales rep. He is young, energetic, knowledgeable, and professional. He will work with you and you will have to look no further. This place is exceptional in customer service!
