This isn't the first time I've encountered Josiah, as I came in March last year, to get my first lease of the CRV. Josiah was A++ from start to finish. I went in on Monday not sure if I would even get a car and touched base with Josiah prior to coming into the dealership. As I pulled up to the dealership he accommodated my mother and I by parking my jeep(which didn’t have a working driver’s side door). He was such a delight to work with and I couldn’t be happier with my lease of a 2025 HRV. He took a large chunk of his day in reassuring me that the car I wanted was mine and doing everything in his power to walk me and my mother through the process. Everyone at the dealership is professional and friendly and I can see why this is the number one dealership in the world. Josiah was a pleasure to deal with! I previously bought a car from Paragon in 2018, but this was my first experience with Josiah at the recommendation of my uncle. Josiah worked his tail off to secure a great deal for me and my wife and we couldn't be happier. Everything went perfectly and we are thrilled with the car. Josiah's communication is top notch. We highly recommend Josiah and will refer him to anyone looking for a Honda. We also had a great experience with Paragon Honda. The only reason I gave Paragon 4/5 stars is because I had to spend 25 minutes looking for parking. Paragon should have a parking lot for its customers, especially since I drove from an hour away to finalize the transaction. More
