At every opportunity going beyond expectation, making the entire experience easy and a joy. He was an amazing liaison between me and entire staff from the hand off to the finance manager, Josh Jones (Again, Amazing), to Jason Vanish who was phenomenal at taking care of me while getting my remote start installed, and even your wonderful Technology Specialist Ariella Brant, who did a great job showing me the little things I would have never known about my car and even promised to follow up with me regarding a question I asked that was a little outside her realm. That's the kinds of things I really appreciate. When someone says "I don't know, but I'll find out for you" that's someone who takes ownership of an issue and I really respect that. Bill did the same thing for me regarding my Android Auto (a feature I had been waiting two years to be released). He found a resolution to my connection problem and stopped by to see me to share the solution on his way into work. You don't get that kind of service from other places. For that reason, even though I have two other Subaru dealerships closer to me, I will be driving the extra 20 mins (in my sexy new 2018 Legacy) to see Bill and the team at Heritage Subaru for all my future service and car buying needs! Never really thought of it to be an option but had me intrigued. After meeting with him we figured we could. Timing was perfect. Jon is a good dude. Friendly, not over the top or pushy. Told him I was busy and couldn’t get in. Respected that and followed up when I was available. Really appreciated that. Both times I bought from heritage when negotiating price they definitely worked with me, and didn’t patronize me or make think like I don’t know to run numbers in my head or try to talk me out of what I had intended on spending. Kudos to management! Always made sure I was happy with everything and goes beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied. Seems to have developed a great relationship with service because they will go the extra for him to get cars cleaned and things done on the spot. I’m glad he called. Definitely a pleasure to work with. I was already convinced on Subaru but now I’m a lifer. Definitely will not only recommended Subaru but you must work with Jon. More
