Ken has always been great. This was the third vehicle in six years we've purchased from him, and he keeps outdoing himself. This time, I was looking to purchase a 2025 CX90. This was the third vehicle in six years we've purchased from him, and he keeps outdoing himself. This time, I was looking to purchase a 2025 CX90. One was in-transit, but it was caught up at the port. Coincidentally, a non-Heritage dealership had a CX90 in the trim and color I was waiting on. Ken, along with management, made arrangements to retrieve the vehicle immediately, so that I could purchase it right then and there. Customer service at its finest! More

My husband and I had purchased a Mazda CX-5 elsewhere, but we were still looking at options, as we were not completely satisfied. I called Mazda Bel Air and reached Anthony to inquire about a couple of Ma but we were still looking at options, as we were not completely satisfied. I called Mazda Bel Air and reached Anthony to inquire about a couple of Mazda CX-5s I saw on their website. He immediately answered my questions and was extremely transparent and helpful. Anthony knew we had a limited window to return the car we had bought, so he quickly sent me over some amazing options in our budget. He was very responsive, professional, and mindful of our wants and price point. After we agreed on a fantastic Mazda CX-5, we returned our other vehicle and Anthony generously provided us with transportation to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to demonstrate all its features. The sales transaction went smoothly, although the staff did push a few sales pitches we had to decline more than once, it was overall efficient and everyone was very professional.
