Initially Josh was friendly and personable. When my wife and I pointed out that the price on the final contract, after already having our card charged for $3,500, was higher than the agreed upo When my wife and I pointed out that the price on the final contract, after already having our card charged for $3,500, was higher than the agreed upon negotiated price, he became quite condescending. I would recommend that people take photos of everything they sign, only agree to put a deposit/down payment after they have seen the final price on the final contract, and record all of your conversations, as they will lie. More

We had been looking to purchase a 2023 Kia Sportage Prestige Hybrid. Went to another dealership that did not have any on the lot and we were told that we would have to wait months for one to arrive. Prestige Hybrid. Went to another dealership that did not have any on the lot and we were told that we would have to wait months for one to arrive. Hopped online and saw that Destination had Prestige models on the lot. Even though those vehicles turned out to be in the process of being sold, Alex, got on his computer, saw that one would be arriving in a month, and clicked to hold it for us. It actually showed up two weeks later. In between, Alex checked in via text and phone to update us and answer any questions we had. Throughout the entire process, he listened to what we said, asked questions based on what we said, and never applied any pressure to spend more or add on options (the stuff that many of us have felt at one time or another). On the big day, we got to the dealership and though it was the last day of the month and very busy, the process went very smoothly. Alex took time to go out to the vehicle and explain again in detail most of the equipment and safety features. Alex then made sure to see us out to the car and do a last-minute check-through with us to make sure we were happy. We were. We drove away very happy in a new Kia Sportage and would come back again when a vehicle need arises. Hopefully, Alex is there to answer the call. PS: We recommended Alex to our son and daughter-in-law who then bought a Telluride from him. More
