Andre was a pleasure to work with. Walked in bright and early one day before the rest of the world started, he was the only salesperson I could see on the floor at that time. Mel's easygoing demeanor and honest and direct negotiating style made the car-buying process, which can be stressful, a painless process. Also there was a problem during the process (caused by Kia, not Destination or Mel) that was handled by Mel and Destination in a swift and successful manner. I am happy to give 5 stars to Mel and plan on being a repeat customer at Destination. More
