I bought my vehicle from out of state and Juan was responsive via text and email every step of the way. The dealership was great, as well as the salesperson (Brandon King) and the finance officer (I believe his name was Josh). They both answered all my questions and concerns without any hesitation. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I don’t think it took more than 35 or 45 minutes to complete all the paperwork to purchase my new car. Just before leaving Brandon said to call him if I had any questions about the car, or if I needed any help downloading any apps pertaining to my car. This is one of the first times I can say that my experience buying a new car, from the beginning to the end, was pleasant and hassle free. More
