The Nissan service department is incompetent . . Oil light kept coming on.i brought it in 3 times. They checked said it was ok. Within a week the engine the engine blew. I could not afford 7000 . Oil light kept coming on.i brought it in 3 times. They checked said it was ok. Within a week the engine the engine blew. I could not afford 7000 For another engine. I was told to have it repossessed. Which now due to their incompetance my credit is ruined. And being a Senior citizen having a car break down and my credit ruined does not sit well with me . More

Process was easy, the options I wanted and needed were described and throuhly shown to me. Even options I didn't know about were exposed and compared between trim models. Inventory was nice and the differ described and throuhly shown to me. Even options I didn't know about were exposed and compared between trim models. Inventory was nice and the different trims and I'd recommend Lowkey and the sales team to take care of questions and concerns. More

We had a great experience with Josh! We came in to look at a certified pre owned Tiguan, and ended up leaving with a certified pre owned Tiguan that has nicer package! He was such a kind We came in to look at a certified pre owned Tiguan, and ended up leaving with a certified pre owned Tiguan that has nicer package! He was such a kind person and made it a fun experience! He was very knowledgeable about the different trim packages and the safety of the vehicle and made us feel so comfortable. He also worked well with Dominic in the finance department to get us the deal we were looking for! Both of them were incredible, we couldn’t have had a better experience at Lokey and will be doing business with them again in the future! More

Our experience with Lokey VW was a long, painful one. I’m sure I’ll forget some of the silliness that we went through, but it started with us looking for a specific car that was supposed to be at the lot I’m sure I’ll forget some of the silliness that we went through, but it started with us looking for a specific car that was supposed to be at the lot. We test drove a different car for an unknown reason, and instead of just saying they didn’t have the car we wanted, tried to make us buy the car we test drove. When we said we were just going to wait for the other car to come in, it magically showed up on the truck right that minute. After the test drive we noticed some scratches and a dent towards the back of the car. We said we still wanted it if that could be fixed. Our salesman said it would be done in a couple of days. Nearly three weeks later (18days) , we finally got the car. I will say the people in the body shop were very helpful and communicated well once we got to start talking to them about two weeks in. I talked to business office people, managers, and salesman and got the run around from everyone at the dealership. After hearing how long they have been in business from almost everyone that we talked to, I expected more. We will hope that as we get the car serviced there in the coming years, they can redeem such a poor sales experience. We actually like the car a lot, and a lot of the bad experience could have been prevented either by following up after the sale, or not promising things that were clearly not happening in the time frame that was communicated.
