Hey, I’m Philip Smith your Product Specialist at Lokey Volkswagen in Clearwater. I’m from Connecticut originally. Right after high school, I moved to Florida by myself and haven’t looked back. I started at Lokey this past November and quickly earned my VW Master Certification!! I’m one of the youngest master certified Volkswagen specialists in the state. I love working with people, and I know these vehicles inside and out. I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. Phillip was my salesperson and he was fantastic to work with—very easy to communicate with, patient, and gave me the space I needed start to finish. Nick, the manager, was incredibly helpful in working with me to get the car at a price I felt comfortable with. I really appreciated his willingness to collaborate and make the deal happen. Dominick in finance made the final steps smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the process was efficient while still being thorough. Overall, the entire team was professional, transparent, and focused on great customer service. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. More
