My car started smoking while on my way to Florida with grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us to come inside, have a cold water and snacks. He also loaded us into a van, luggage included, and gave us a ride to the hotel. We had such an AMAZING experience here! I was trying to trade in an outback for an ascent, in hopes of a bigger car for my family. Nick was amazing from start to finish! He was super kind and informative when we first came to visit the car. I came with my 1 year old so I didn't plan to test drive yet, just look, and Nick was awesome with that! He had the car parked out front and was ready for us when we got there. He let me look all around and all in the car! He even offered to let me put my car seat in the car to test drive it then. I later came back with my husband and again, Nick was awesome!! The process of trading in the car and then getting a new car was seamless because of Nick and the Subaru team! More
