The waiting area was clean and comfortable, offering snacks, drinks, and a TV. Jose Zambrano, my service advisor, was courteous and professional. He explained the services to be performed and ensured I was informed throughout the process. I appreciated receiving a detailed checklist via text from the technician, outlining future recommendations. Additionally, my entertainment system was updated and repaired without me needing to ask. As a recent widow, having everything clearly documented provided me with peace of mind. Jose promptly addressed any questions I had via text. When I returned to pick up my car, he personally assisted me in connecting my Bluetooth to my hearing aids—a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to me as someone who is hearing impaired.
