From the moment I arrived, Jose, the service advisor, was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication and customer service were outstanding — I truly felt like my situation mattered. I also want to thank the service manager (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) for stepping in and ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and with great care. Both he and Jose went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and make sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a dealership service team that shows this level of professionalism, honesty, and customer focus. Because of their effort, I’ll definitely continue to service my vehicle here and recommend this location to others. It took 4 weeks for my vehicle to be serviced. 4 weeks for an oil change, tire rotation, starter fix, and replacement of headlight and tail light. That is unacceptable. It took 2 weeks before my v 4 weeks for an oil change, tire rotation, starter fix, and replacement of headlight and tail light. That is unacceptable. It took 2 weeks before my vehicle was even looked at. When I asked what the holdup was I was given an excuse that was clearly a lie. I am seriously considering asking for a refund to any warranty or service agreement I have with you. I can't bring my vehicle in for an oil change and it take 4 weeks. That is not what I was expecting. Not only that but the issue I brought my vehicle in for isn't fixed. My head unit still has issues and according to Dodge, the dealership is the only one who can fix it. Now I have to take it to a different dealership to get it fixed. I didn't appreciate the way I have been treated by the service department since I bought the car. I tried bring my car in 2 times before I got any service. The other 2 times I was told to bring my car in and when I arrived the service department wouldn't take my vehicle to be worked on and the service guy acted like they had no idea I was coming. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and the quality of service. More

I came in on an appointment and was attended to right away by Jose which was very attentive to me. I went back a couple of weeks later with an issue with the previous appointment and not any fault of the away by Jose which was very attentive to me.
