That’s not the level of care we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. As for the credit card fee, we understand your frustration. While this fee is collected by the credit card processing company, we do offer alternative payment options, such as cash or debit cards, that do not incur this fee. This practice is becoming more common across many businesses, but we’ll review our communication to ensure it’s clear to our customers in advance. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our service. If there’s anything we can do to address your concerns further, please reach out.
