Went to Heiser for my bi-annual oil change and tire rotation appointment. My service rep Vincent was thorough in checking over and discussing the history of my car and what might be needed. We've just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Heiser Toyota since 2015. This experience was better than the 1st largely due to the sale representative Jorgo. This is very peculiar time to purchase a vehicle with supply lines presenting no vehicles to look at however Jorgo kept me up to date with regular messages. Heiser itself as a dealership has been stellar in servicing my past vehicle and I would anticipate the same going forward. I know it's a car dealership but I did not necessarily feel like just a number, bravo Heiser, Shahat and bravo Jorgo. More
