Neyma Cuello demonstrated a lack of follow-up and failed to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t un to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue to Jeep corporate that I received the proper customer service and follow-through, as no one seemed to care prior to that. While we are now past this issue and in a better place, this survey pertains to Neyma, and my responses reflect my experience in 2024.customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be working with her again. More

STACY AND JORGE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB GETTING MY CAR REPAIRED FROM HANDLING MY WARRANTY APPROVAL CLAIM TO THE COMPLETION OF MY REPAIR. I HAD TAKEN MY CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALER AND WENT TO HOLLYWOOD CHRYSL REPAIRED FROM HANDLING MY WARRANTY APPROVAL CLAIM TO THE COMPLETION OF MY REPAIR. Terrible customer service and useless diagnostic. Had issues with auxiliary battery and was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I diagnosed this myself after the fact.
