I was very happy with the service Jordon Santos provided on 10/30. I would have given Jordon Findlay a higher score if they would have resolved the problem with the body side molding that was installed on on 10/30. I would have given Jordon Findlay a higher score if they would have resolved the problem with the body side molding that was installed on 10/28. Side molding does not belong on the bottom of the doors. It belongs in the middle of the doors where it performs a functional purpose. More

I had service over a month ago and my Toyota app still shows that it hasn’t been done so I don’t know if this is a new recall or not. I’ve called three times and still nothing‘s been corrected. I have my car serviced at this location every 5000 miles. Yesterday I had the service on the car and I thought the service included checking my battery. Today I went to start my car and my battery was dead. Yesterday I had the service on the car and I thought the service included checking my battery. AAA came to fix it and could not believe that it was checked during my service yesterday, as it would’ve been detected that my battery was bad, very disappointed in this service and not sure if I will be back More
