Provided no paperwork for total of amount financed before leaving dealership. Gave us a micro chip to download later, which I did two days later. It was quite a shock. After over 2 weeks of trying find out why this was, I was told there was a never mentioned dealer fee (I call xxxxxxxx), and a service contract we never agreed to. This was never specified in the bogus paperwork I was able to download. I believe they took advantage of an old couple just because they could. Oh well, fool me once, shame on me. More

As I pulled up a young man walked up to my car waited patiently on me to get out of my car he then introduced himself as Jonathan then we proceeded inside and we sat down and started talking. They were going over it when they get done they would bring it out for me to look at it and to test drive it . Then when we return with the vehicle? I told Jonathan that I liked it and that I was interested in buying it and I wasn’t there all day thank God because I am one of those that knows what she wants and gets it when my husband was alive we were at the dealership all day waiting to purchase a car that I do not like I have purchased many cars from different dealerships. Toyota has always has been the go to vehicle, but I decided that I was going to purchase something different this time and of course I do my little investigation.
