I am very happy and pleased with the service I had at Nissan. When I brought my Rouge in I was upset and didn’t know what to do I was sent down to Mr. Marcus Seidman to help me. And helped me he did he spoke in a very calm voice and manner and I didn’t know much about my suv because I had just not to long gotten but Mr. Seidman took time to help me out what he needed to know and ensured me that my suv was in good hands and that everything would be taken care of and they would call me and let me know. And that is exactly what he did he called me the next day and updated me on my car and helped me to understand what was wrong with my SUV and what I needed to help keep it running smoothly.
