I drove through a high snow bank that tore a cover shield partially off under the car. My service rep Joe, got us right in and didn’t charge for the temporary repair. Brought in for a likely head gasket issue on Prius 3 based on symptoms and easy to find information but I wanted confirmation. Was told it wasn’t head gasket but spark plugs, $500 later, symptoms st based on symptoms and easy to find information but I wanted confirmation. Was told it wasn’t head gasket but spark plugs, $500 later, symptoms still existed so it was brought right back. “Oh yeah our hybrid tech taught us how to check for head gasket issues with these and we confirmed that’s the problem” I’m glad I wasted $500 for their training session. I won’t be getting either Toyota serviced there in the future More
