We have been car shopping for the past couple of months for a reasonably priced, used, but safe and reliable car for my son, soon to be 17. I dealt with many car dealerships and used car lots throughout the process, walked out of a few due to them not being up front with costs and fees and doing bait and switch shenanigans. Kay Honda was different from the moment we walked in. Eric was wonderful to deal with. I asked for out the door pricing before even stepping foot in the door and was given that prior to going into the dealership. After looking at the car, and test driving it, we decided to go ahead and purchase. No shadiness, no 'new fee's that just happen to have been added. Just up front and honest(which is a rarity these days). The number was what I was told before coming in and they even removed any dents, scratches and a color accent wrap in the front of the car, which was not an accent we liked, all at no extra cost to us. It was detailed beautifully and there was an open recall on the car for AC condenser and they took care of it before leaving the dealership since it was still under warranty. They have certainly earned my business going forward. Eric our salesman and the finance manager, were both easy to deal with and did not try and upsell me. I really appreciated the transparency and honestly and will definitely use Kay Honda again in the future. Thank you for making my sons first car buying experience relatively painless. More

This is the third car we've bought from Kay Honda and it is always a pleasure to work with them. The staff are knowledgable and not too pushy (a mark of a great salesteam IMHO). This time we worked with Scott the sales rep and Johnny the finance guy. Both were personable and easy to spend time with. They knew their products and were patient with us old folks who need to test drive more than one vehicle and need more than average hand holding to navigate the new electronic features. We are delighted with our new car and look forward to returning for service. More
