Good morning. I was not only sent home with out floor mats, but after removing the paper mat on the floor we discovered there is actually a hole in the drivers side floor! A hole about 1 inch around and 1 inch deep. I understand we bought the car and should have checked before the purchase, but a nice floor mat to at least cover this would have been nice. Not the “Oh well” attitude we got. The vehicle was also purchased over a month ago and we still have not received the plates. I contacted my salesman and he just says he’ll get back to me. I asked if we could at least get new temporary tags since they have expired and nothing! I’m disappointed in the whole experience compared to other dealers we have dealt with.
