Not only do they do great work at a fair price, they have what I consider most important: excellent communication skills by everyone--from the intake through the details of what was done, to walking you out to your car when it's finished, just to answer any final questions about what was done, or anything else, like a reminder we'll see you next month for your oil change appointment. Wouldn't go to anyone else for a VW in the Cincinnati area. More
