He is patient, listens and carefully explains the benefit of any service needed and always tries to give us the best options. He is not pushy and very respectful. A Great Dealership! I just purchased my fifth Acura through Chris Duncanson at Crown Acura in Clearwater. That means I must really like this dealership and the people employed there. They are SUPER! Chris Duncanson has leased or sold every Acura to me and and John Shaw in the Service Department has been the man who takes care of my vehicles. I (rap on wood) have never had to do anything more than routine service in all my Acura cars. I highly recommend Crown Acura not only for selling well- built, safe cars, but for their choice in hiring such knowledgeable, kind, helpful and understanding personnel. Great Service Had a tire shop replace the battery and my 2015 RDX locked up after getting home. Nothing would work. All around Great Service I am always treated like an old family friend when I come in for service whether scheduled or an emergency. Two of my favorite service writers are Bart Bartley and Chrs Sanborn. They are knowledgeable, consciencious and experienced. One time my battery just happened to die in the parking lot and Chris was able to fit me in for a new battery and an oil change at the same time. My car is always done right the first time and feels brand new when I drive out. Today, I was treated to a escourted tour of the new customer amenities in their newly constructed service and showroom facilities. Very nice. They certainly take their customers' needs and comfort seriously. More
