Blown and deflated tire on MDX 2016 that needed towing. We worked with John Shaw and his service was excellent. We had a blown tire that deflated entirely. We had it towed to Crown Acura and Mr Shaw was efficient and worked to make sure our tire warranty coverage through the dealer allowed for the replacement of the tire at no cost. We also had some other work done such as the oil change and tire rotation. I would recommend and dealership and John Shaw to anyone that asks. More

I had a problem with an insurance claim with safelite and Progressive, completely unrelated to Crown Acura. John and Chris went above and beyond to make sure that the damages were accurately assessed and that I was not being taken advantage of. I can’t say enough about them - Ill be a lifelong, loyal customer of Crown Acura thanks to their consistant dedication to fulfilling my needs and the care of my car. I’ll add that I drive an hour to bring my car here. Also, my 2006 RSX Type S that I purchased brand new now has 260k miles and is still going strong Thank you both again! More
