I usually need a loaner car and he always has one waiting and even tries to have something he knows I prefer. John also always schedules Greg to work on my car because after I asked for him specifically he realized that I prefer Greg to work on my car. Greg is amazing and always addresses and explains any concerns I have. No matter how minor an issue may be, they always take my concerns seriously and I always feel heard and understood. Thanks guys! I completely trust Acura and the way they build cars, and of course their looks. The reason I only use Crown Acura is because of Chris Duncanson. I know that Chris is looking out for me and I'm his main concern. He works with you and I always know he's given me the best possible deal. The General manager Dan Morris, the Sales Manager Sophie Morris, Financial Manager, Leslie Magruder work as a team and make all for a smooth transaction in obtaining a car. The team at Crown Acura is a team to trust, and they always have my best interest. Besides an excellent team, I would be remiss if I didn't mention, John Shaw, He along with Chris is the reason I developed the trust I have.
