I felt like I had just run into an old friend. He listened to my concerns along with some time constraints I had that day and made an extraordinary effort to make sure my car was done on time. When I came back to pick up my car after service my sales rep Gillian Barnes recognized my name from the service appointment and showed up to say hi as well. I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my car and now a great visit with John Shaw in the service department. I can honestly say I can finally look forward to my service visits and my time at Crown Acura and would not hesitate to recommend John Shaw and Gillian Barnes. Stephanie Barry greeted me with a warm and welcoming personality as she always does on every visit. The service manager John Schnepp, parts manager Garry Barrett, and parts specialist Rich Dolan, were also available to spend time making me feel welcomed on this visit. Great Experience! I took my car in to get some work done. This was my first visit to Crown Acura. Everyone was extremely friendly right from the start. He has excellent customer service. He kept me in the loop regarding wait time. He mentioned all of the recommended work that eventually needs to be done and was not pushy at all. Spectacular service I had such a great experience when I went in to ask about services last week with Logan Lane. The great connection with him actually made me cancel my appointment days later and go back to Crown Acura. When I arrived to pick my car back up John Shaw took care of me and I felt even better about my experience because Logan mentioned something that made a connect to the first time I went. John Shaw spoke to me about upcoming services that will be needed and didn’t pressure me into anything but made feel obligated with his knowledge of the services and warranties. John and Logan made me feel at home away from home being that I moved from New York City 1 month ago. GREAT GUYS I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND RECOMMEND. More
