This is my wife and I’s second car from Dean Team Subaru and we had a much better experience this time around! I came back to Dean Team for my second Outback because I love the car and had such a good experience with them the first time. It was just as good this time around. Michael Kaufman was professional, friendl love the car and had such a good experience with them the first time. It was just as good this time around. Michael Kaufman was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He was also incredibly patient as he explained all the new bells and whistles - no easy task! He knows the vehicle so well - and was able to make all that technical information clear and accessible . Both he and the dealership get my highest rating. The car too!
