I marked the valve stem cap so I would know if they did. When we first bought the car, paid $50,000 cash, 4 days after the key battery died, and my wife had to drive to the dealer, and pay for a new battery for the remote, after spending $50k up front. Car had a scratch that we were told would be taken care of at the first service and they would order touch up paint for us for any others we found, the scratch was not fixed, and the touch up paint is still not in our possession. I have been debating buying a new Integra Type-S, I think I might have to go to Acura in Milford instead even though this dealer is only 2 miles from my house.

We should have ensured that everything was addressed as promised, and we deeply apologize for falling short.

Please allow us to arrange a door-to-door white-glove service to fix the tire rotation, ensure the scratch is properly handled, and deliver the touch-up paint directly to you.
