I made an appointment for Service of my 2025 equinox it was the first service I had an appointment they got me right in. I had a tire rotation and oil change done before I could walk next-door and get lunc was the first service I had an appointment they got me right in. Worst experience ever at a repair shop. Put a hole in passengers seat. Service advisor said they didn't do it and "people try to do this to them all the time." I just left. I think the procedures are suspect. It takes a day to diagnose the issue. Then, the part is ordered at the end of that day supposedly. Then, they check at the end of the 2nd day whether It takes a day to diagnose the issue. Then, the part is ordered at the end of that day supposedly. Every single time I called to check on the status I was told that person or the mechanic was at lunch🤣 I thought I needed to use Gates because of my warranty. I’m going to do some homework to see if I can use other service stations. The ones where you drop the car in the morning and pick it up after work. More

John was very accommodating as I. had an issue on my way to North Carolina. It was totally unexpected as I had just got my car back the day before from another dealership. Just said th had an issue on my way to North Carolina. It was totally unexpected as I had just got my car back the day before from another dealership. Just said they would find out was going on and even had to deal with warranty coverage .Knowing I was traveling he did his very best to make sure my wait was as pleasant as possible. They worked very hard to.finish up the repairs and get me on my way which I appreciated so very much !!! More

Chris and JJ in service went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Took almost 4 weeks to solve the problem.
