This is my forth car that I bought from his Dealership! And Lou was also very good salesman that did everything in his power to get things done right for me! I can't believe you want me to write a review The car I bought from Cortese was unreliable. Within the first two weeks of ownership, I had to have it towed to the dealership three times because it The car I bought from Cortese was unreliable. Within the first two weeks of ownership, I had to have it towed to the dealership three times because it would not start. Rather than work with me, Cortese argued that there was nothing wrong with it, even though I had multiple witnesses, including my elderly parents who were stranded with me on the first occasion. Cortese could have been decent and allowed me to return the vehicle, as is consistent with the New York State lemon law, but refused to work with me. With great difficulty I was able to get Cortese to take their car back. Any time anyone asks my advice on where to buy a car in the Rochester NY area, I tell them, "Anywhere but Cortese. " Too bad I can't give zero stars. More
