Before the purchase, Scott answered my long list of questions, as I was about 300 miles away from the dealer, and assisted me in negotiating the purchase via phone and email. I drove 8 hours each way to pick up the vehicle. At the time of purchase, Scott took an extraordinary amount of time to explain the vehicle in detail, and understood that I wanted to conduct a thorough inspection before finalizing the purchase. The car was exactly as promised, no surprises, no hidden fees, and has been flawless since its purchase. Recently I had a few questions regarding maintenance of the vehicle. John Cavanaugh, pre-owned sales manager, graciously took my call, and within a few minutes of research, was able to honestly and completely answer my questions.
