This is definitely what the car buying process should be like. I've bought a variety of cars over the years and buying from Flemington BMW is without question, the best. I've owned four BMW's and ever since I tried them for service, they have serviced all of them since. For my most recent car, I worked with Greg Eckert as my sales advisor and Becky Kosar in finance. Greg made me feel comfortable and conveyed the sense of having my best interest at heart from day one. He knows the cars well and was able answer all of my questions and offer info I didn't think to ask. Becky explained everything and was professional. I just picked up my car today but I will look forward to my next purchase will the confidence that I can expect another pleasurable experience. John (manager) spoke with me several times during my visits and was a pleasure to work with. Although I did not work directly with Ed Kiley (manager) on this transaction, I had met Ed in the past and he took the time to come over and say, " hello". My sales associate Bill Hinton was approachable, knowledgeable, professional and made the entire experience as stress free as possible when doing a transaction of great importance as well as high value. Also, the back office experience with Becky Kosar was just as professional and got a fair judgement on my return vehicle from John Cavanaugh. I was very specific what I wanted and Bill and John did an extensive search and found just what I was looking for. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I do have a comparative. I use to lease from Manhattan BMW and there actually is no comparison, Flemington is by far a more professional, less rushed and a seamless experience. After the transaction was done I think it was a fair one on both sides. Will definitely return in 2017 to replace my wife's X3 with an upgrade and will look forward to working with the Flemington Team again. Highly, highly recommended with no qualification! More

I had some questions about the differences, and whether or not I would even enjoy a two door vehicle. Tom made sure I had questions answered, and was very accommodating .
