Not only did I not receive floor mats, but I could not access my salesman or service because the hadn’t set up their mailboxes. This seems like a ploy to avoid the customer. Abrahiem called me twice a day to get my business then ghosted me after I signed. I have yet to receive the documents from our transaction. I am old and clearly miss a lot like the salesman didn’t ask or negotiate my trade. My request for the machanical stats of the car were ignored. Obviously the way to do business has worked for you but not for me. More

He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, the repair process, and all my options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. What stood out most was John's commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. He kept me updated regularly on the progress of the repair, and he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. It's clear that John is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about providing exceptional customer service. More

It was a horrible experience. I bought a 2024 Toyota Camry that’s under warranty. The AC is not working and they’re saying I have to pay for it. I had an appointment and was told that it should only take 1.5 hours and it ended up taking 3 hours so why have the appointment? There is still crap on my windshield from the sticker being taken off and take 1.5 hours and it ended up taking 3 hours so why have the appointment?
