Paid $400 to fix my door handle and for it to not be fixed, but I didn't purchase a small cover next to the handle. They tried to fix it when I came backbut still came off. They said i must have open my fixed, but I didn't purchase a small cover next to the handle. They tried to fix it when I came backbut still came off. They said i must have open my door wrong for it to come off again and because I didn't buy the smash cover next to the handle. Would have to pay $250 for a small cover and the labor again. Never coming back More

Service was good as expected. Love the free oil change. Service reps need further customer service training. Their smiles and polite conversation seem very shallow.
