Usually, in all of my hundreds of past visits at all the different towns i lived in as a military spouse, everything goes smoothly. But this time, i found out I had been lied to over the phone when making m different towns i lived in as a military spouse, everything goes smoothly. But this time, i found out I had been lied to over the phone when making my appointment. The tech i talked to didn't show up for the appointment. The tech who ended up helping me could not honor what I was promised. He went and got the manager who said to honor that price, i needed to be a VIP member. I guess 8 years of going to this location and probably 30 plus years of every Toyota location i lived at was not enough to be a VIP. The tech filed out an application for me and I was denied. As a retired 70 year old woman, I was not rich enough to get all the special discounts the VIP membership offers. Luckily, the manager told the tech that even if i was denied, to still give me the price I was originally told. Thank goodness for that. So I left with 4 brand new tires at a great price. After that I talked to friends who went elsewhere and got the same price with no lies or hassle. I thanked the manager and the tech, but i left feeling creepy. More

Toyota of Tampa Bay responded to my service needs when I needed service for my vehicle. I was notified the same day when my vehicle service light came on to rotate my tires. I scheduled an appointment the same day, within about 2 hours, when a service representative called me about my scheduled maintenance light. When I brought my vehicle to the dealership, upon scheduling the appointment, I was helped right away. I was notified about recommended services for my vehicle through the multipoint inspection and my service was completed within about 1 hour.
