Two days before my lease was up and I was still waiting for a RAV4, which I ordered Oct 13, to be delivered. Called Lenny got the word my new car had not been delivered and I was upset, told him I wanted for a RAV4, which I ordered Oct 13, to be delivered. Called Lenny got the word my new car had not been delivered and I was upset, told him I wanted a new car today! Lenny was so patient and kind and went to talk to his manager Max. Now Max just happened to have a silver Rav 4 hybrid that someone had decided not to purchase. Within 30 minutes I was at the dealership returning my 2021 RAV4 for my new Silver Rav4 Hybrid. The team that I worked with today, Lenny, Max, and Joey were fantastic helping me to get the deal done. I had worked with Joey before on the financing and he remembered me, I have been a customer of this dealership for over forty years, first in the Weymouth location. My customer number is very low, 2729. What I thought was going to be a hassle of a day turned out to be a very pleasant one thanks to the professionalism, kindness, and understanding of Lenny, Joey, and Max.
