My experience purchasing my new RAV4 was great. Gerry's informative approach without applying pressure made the process smooth and enjoyable. He paid attention to all the details and even followed up with me about canceling my old plates. And I appreciate that he repeated some of the great features of my new RAV4. I also liked working with Joey from finance.
