Danny is highly professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota's hybrid vehicles. During the initial walkaround, he took the time to meticulously show me all the vehicle's features and mechanical layout. He was completely upfront and transparent about how the car functions, which built instant trust. During the test drive, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable behind the wheel, explicitly showing me how to use the handbrake and giving me a great, detailed explanation of how the vehicle's unique power flow and hybrid systems function while on the road. Because Danny was away on the day I picked up the vehicle, Carlos stepped in to take over the delivery process. Carlos didn't miss a beat—he was incredibly welcoming, organized, and ensured the entire vehicle hand-off went incredibly smoothly and efficiently. It really showed me how well this team works together to take care of their customers. The Sales Manager, Max, was incredibly polite, honest, and provided completely transparent pricing right from the beginning. I just recently bought my second car from Sam in the past year. I bought my wife a 2026 RAV 4. We discuseed what my wife was interested in for her new car. There was nothing readily avaialble. Sam suggested we order one so that she coulg get excactly what she wanted. Again no pressure to buy anything we could obtain quickly that did not meet our needs. Sam was honeslty interested in being sure we could purchase the car that would make us happy. We quickly arrived at a price. Ordered the color, options etc she wanted. It was delivered on time as promised. Sam is very friendly, polite, patient and knowledgeable. No pressure at all. He is so pleasant to work with. Again this is my second Toyoya in two years I have purchased from Sam. He is the best ! A very relaxing and positive car buying experience.
