Horrible customer service. After explaining the warranties and maintenance packages I should have, I was told that I have bumper to bumper warranty that they said I did not hav After explaining the warranties and maintenance packages I should have, I was told that I have bumper to bumper warranty that they said I did not have on a previous visit that went horribly wrong. Now they say I don't have Toyota Care, yet my vehicle dashboard says I have Toyota Service Care, not what I signed up for. JP allowed me to leave upset instead of taking care of the simple tire rotation and getting me some help with someone that could resolve the issue. This place is terrible and this is the second time I was treated like this at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. More

This guy and his service advisor Jose ruined my dealership experience. Just be warned that when his employees fall short of their obligations to their customers, he will lie and embellish his story dealership experience. I was at this dealership for twenty four hours to secure my pickup truck. I verbalized when I sat down that I was going to do outside financing, and was then prompted to trade in my vehicle prior to being t my pickup truck. I verbalized when I sat down that I was going to do outside financing, and was then prompted to trade in my vehicle prior to being told the bank was closed and I couldn't secure the truck until the next day. I'm firmly of the mind this was done intentionally to secure in-house financing. The people were nice. The facility was nice. Simon was great. But the organization of the purchasing was abysmal. More
